What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with an experienced crew, safety gear, fuel, and light snacks. Specific amenities depend on the service — for example, sunset voyages provide upscale refreshments and appetizers, while business charters offer meeting spaces and corporate dining options.
When should I reserve my charter?
To secure a spot, it's best to book between 2 and 3 weeks ahead of time, especially between May and September. For business gatherings or private events, it's advisable to reserve 4 to 6 weeks prior to ensure availability and for personalized arrangements.
What if the weather is bad on the day of our charter?
Our primary concern is safety. If our captain decides that the weather is not safe, we'll propose a new date or offer a full reimbursement. We keep an eye on weather patterns closely and will get in touch with you one day prior if there's a concern about the weather.
Am I allowed to bring my own refreshments?
Certainly, you can bring your own snacks and drinks. Nonetheless, we provide outstanding catered options and can tailor menus to suit your tastes. Kindly note that for safety reasons, glass receptacles are not allowed on board.
Can individuals with mobility restrictions access the yachts?
We make every effort to be inclusive of all our guests. Certain boats are equipped with better access features. For specific requirements, please reach out to us during your booking process, so we can suggest the most appropriate vessel and organize any necessary facilities.
What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
Cancellations that occur 72 hours before departure are fully refunded. Cancellations that happen between 24 and 72 hours receive a refund of 50%. Any cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded unless the cause is related to adverse weather conditions or mechanical difficulties on our end.
