1. Introduction
Welcome to CopperPinePath ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") regulate your engagement with our yacht charter services and our website at copperpinepath.site, provided by CopperPinePath.
By securing a charter or using our Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, then you may not use the Service.
2. Service Overview
CopperPinePath offers high-end yacht charter solutions, which include:
- Leasing of yachts for daily use
- Evening sail excursions
- Corporate getaways
- Exclusive celebrations
- Lengthy charter adventures
All offerings are contingent on availability and weather. We hold the right to alter or discontinue any services without prior notification.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
For charter reservation, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide current and accurate details
- Remit the required deposit as outlined in your reservation confirmation
- Accept these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Confirmation of your booking is secured only after payment is received and our written confirmation is issued. We maintain the discretion to refuse service to any individual.
3.3 Availability
All charters depend on vessel availability and appropriate weather. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil your preferred scheduling requests.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All costs are expressed in € and incorporate all pertinent taxes unless stated differently. Prices are subject to modifications without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the charter, payable at the time of reservation
- Remaining Balance: Payable 48 hours before the charter commences
- Any additional fees: Payable upon charter completion
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept most major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified bank drafts. All payments are processed through safe, encrypted channels.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- If cancelled more than 72 hours prior to departure: Full refund minus any processing charges
- Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours before departure: Refund of 50%
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: No refund will be issued
5.2 Weather Cancellations
Should our captain deem weather conditions unsafe, we will propose either:
- Rebooking your charter for another date without additional charges
- Issuing a full refund if rescheduling is not a viable option
5.3 Mechanical Issues
In case of mechanical difficulties with the designated yacht, we will make efforts to provide a suitable substitute. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All guests are expected to:
- Adhere to instructions from the crew
- Utilize provided safety gear as and when necessary
- Disclose any medical conditions that could impact their safety
- Stay within designated regions on the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following are not allowed on board:
- Glassware
- Illegal drugs
- Weapons or guns
- Excessive beverages (beyond reasonable quantities)
- Animals (unless previously authorized)
6.3 Conduct
Passengers must behave respectfully at all times. Should passenger conduct present a danger or disturb other passengers, we reserve the right to terminate the charter without a refund.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our accountability is confined to the value paid for the charter. We are not liable for:
- Injuries suffered due to passenger negligence
- Theft or damage to personal possessions
- Indirect, resultant, or punitive losses
- Delays caused by factors such as weather or other unforeseen events
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Our yachts and operations are insured with comprehensive marine insurance policies. Clients are responsible for securing their travel and personal insurance coverages.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
Engaging in our charter services implies that you recognize and assume inherent risks associated with maritime activities, personally accepting responsibility for your safety and welfare.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We retain the authority to adjust itineraries, routes, or times due to weather, safety concerns, or operational necessities. We will endeavor to offer comparable alternate experiences where possible.
9. Force Majeure
We are not accountable for any delays, cancellations, or service changes caused by events beyond our authority, including, but not restricted to:
- Extreme weather situations
- Natural catastrophes
- Regulatory actions
- Port shutdowns
- Mechanical breakdowns
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your private data is managed according to our Privacy Policy. By utilizing our services, you consent to our collection and usage of your information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our site, including texts, designs, logos, and imagery, is safeguarded by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, dissemination, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without explicit permission from us.
12. Governing Law
